Tell us a little more about you!

How many virtual trainings or online courses have you ever attended or participated in (either at school, work, or for your own development)?
Are you planning to attend class while at work / working?
Will you be attending another training program or class that conflicts with the schedule of this program?

Extra math skills can help in this program — but they are NOT required! This may seem silly, so let's have fun with this question:

A 🍕 pizza shop offers a deal:

  • Buy 2 medium pizzas and get the 3rd one for 50% off.
  • Each medium pizza costs $12.

Almost done! If accepted into the program, can you commit to the performance expectations?

I can attend at least 90% of the scheduled live virtual training sessions. Depending on the program, this can be anywhere from 36 to 80 classroom sessions.
I will interact professionally with my training team, employer partners, and peers within the virtual classroom.
I understand that program scholarships are often funded through limited public dollars, and that if awarded one, another candidate may not have the ability to attend. For these reasons, I commit to working to the best of my ability to achieve strong program attendance and achieve my learning goals outside of the virtual class. I commit to the above performance expectations and acknowledge that my responses are true and accurate throughout this program application.
