JobWorks, Inc. Named Workforce First Champion Employer

JobWorks, Inc. has been recognized as an inaugural Workforce First Employer Champion by the Institute for Workforce Excellence, part of the Indiana Chamber of Commerce. This newly launched recognition program honors Indiana employers that demonstrate leadership in workforce development, talent investment, and the creation of sustainable career pathways.

JobWorks earned the program’s highest-level Champion designation in recognition of its innovative workforce and training initiatives that help individuals connect to in-demand careers while supporting employers with skilled talent pipelines. Through its education and training division, JobWorks delivers award-winning virtual boot camps in technology and healthcare fields, including TechWorks and HealthWorks, which prepare students for industry-recognized certifications and employment opportunities in growing sectors.
