If you meet eligibility guidelines, a member of our team will contact you to schedule an interview. Because this is a high-value, competitive program, a recruiter will speak with you for about 30 minutes to evaluate your readiness and qualifications for the program. To prepare for a successful interview, please consider these questions:
Why do you want to join training and what are your goals for training?
What do you want to do after successfully completing training?
Why are you interested in tech and when did you discover this interest?
Have you taken any courses around tech in high school, college, or otherwise?
Have you ever received a tech certification (current or expired)?
How do you feel about the schedule and time commitment? Do you have any conflicts or concerns?
Have you ever completed a long-term training program? (boot camp, college, apprenticeship, etc.)
Have you worked in the tech industry before?
What challenges do you anticipate in this program and how will you overcome them?
